Accuser changes story in lacrosse case

"The woman adjusted the timing of the assault to earlier in the evening, a time point preceding the well-documented alibi of one accused player, Reade Seligmann. The defense, however, introduced yet more alibi evidence for Seligmann: he was on the cell phone with his girlfriend during the height of the attack as the accuser now times it."

"* In her latest statement she said the attack ended at midnight.

In previous accounts, the woman said the gang-rape ended shortly before she left in the car driven by Kim Roberts, the second dancer. Roberts called 911 as she was driving away at 12:53 a.m., according to police records. This new account leaves 50 minutes unaccounted between the end of the rape and the departure from the party.

The new statement runs contrary to time stamped photos of the party, which show the two women dancing between 12:00 and 12:04 a.m. in the living room of the house at 610 N. Buchanan Blvd.

* In the latest statement, the woman says she arrived at the party at 11:20 p.m. on March 13 and that the rape began at 11:40 p.m. Her cell phone records show that she was on phone with her father and others up to one minute before the rape allegedly started."

"* The accuser has changed her description of Evans. On April 4, she viewed a photograph of Evans and said it looked like one of her assailants, except that the assailant had a moustache. In the Dec. 21 statement, the woman said the assailant had a five o'clock shadow, not a moustache. Evans has a visible five o'clock shadow in the photograph."

Not only that, but after being viciously raped and beaten, she was frightened off from performing any further because one of the boys made a comment about using a broomstick for a sex toy.

It just couldn't get more absurd and the sad thing is that we're back to what we knew from the beginning....She's nothing but a lying "wh***".

P.S. I'd like to see if the new baby is "white". It seems like the only reason for pursuing the DNA on the baby.

I've recently had a number of classes in RTP with people from all over the country. The whole thing has been a punchline for very nearly all of them.

Nifong is a national embarrassment.

Normally, I would think that she was just looking for a civil suit. Make some noise, get some hush money, and just have the whole thing go away. Now, I'm not sure if she's even smart enough to come up with something like that. Her 'co-worker' is no great mind, either.

I'm sure that she didn't count on being exploited by Nifong, as well. And the nurse that was cited previously in the thread sounds like a real winner, too.

Doesn't really matter in this case because (according to numerous other reports in other FR threads and elsewhere) the woman has been diagnoseed as having BIPOLAR DISORDER.

She's able to run around loose due to the side effects of modern medicine.

I don't know. I haven't yet seen proof that she ever used more than one pole during her strip dancing.

The attacker identified as Reade Seligmann only watched, she told an investigator. While he was repeatedly urged to take part in the alleged attack, she recalled, he said he could not participate because he was getting married.

Here's what she said on 4/4:

Accuser: He looks like one of the guys who assaulted me.

Gottlieb: How sure are you?

Accuser: 100 percent.

Gottlieb: You're 100 percent sure, OK.

Accuser: Yes.

Gottlieb: How did he assault you? Which one was he?

Accuser: He was the one that was [allegedly] standing in front of me that [allegedly] made me perform oral sex on him.

Gottlieb: What else did he do?

Accuser: That was it.

Of course, when the accuser had seen a photograph of Seligmann nineteen days before, she replied that she was only 70 percent sure of even seeing him at the party, and couldn't recall when or where she had seen him
