You put the copied "cite" into the citebite box. Then you copy the url from the article and put that inside the box at the citebite page asking for Url.

Citebite provides you with a specific "url" created by citebite which will "HIGHLIGHT" the cite at the url you are referencing.

You USE the cite-bite url inside a standard link. Anyone clicking the link will be placed at that url page you are referencing (yours: BBC) and the specific cite is highlighted.
