I just noticed that Minnesota Fifth District Rep. Keith Ellison was touching the Thomas Jefferson's two-volume Koran with his left hand (dirty hand)when he was sworn in.
This is a desectration of the holy book and punishment is required.
I don't like this as much as you, but we are still free in America to worship as we wish and honor the God we chose in public. This should be touted as a fact of the epidmy of FREEDOM which the good men and woman of this country so honorable fought and died for! Embrace it!!!!
I don't like this, I don't even agree with it as an American, but it shows America is still alive and well! If you don't like it, shun and vote this guy out of office...

Actually, we'd have to ask the photographer if this picture was flopped. A lot of times, news outlets flip the picture horizonally so that the subject faces the right direction for the page layout. In such a case, the handedness reverses.
Unless BOTH of the people raising their hands raised their left hands, this wasn't reversed.
And as a follow up, the womens buttons seem to be in the correct direction (reversed from men's clothing) with buttons on the left and buttonholes on the right.
Not a definitive/final determination but it does add to the weight of the image. Too bad we can't read the writing on the spines that would show for sure.
The handedness of the picture can probably be inferred from the buttons on the women's jackets. Looking at it, I think the picture has not been flipped, but I could be wrong.
Also, notice the absence of a wedding band on Madam Skreecher's raised hand. A Google image search reveals that Ms. Pelosi has been wearing a wedding band - as tradition dictates, on the ring-finger of her left hand for years - so why should she suddenly appear without it?
The whole scene looks like BLASPHEMY to me! And the left hand on the Koran thing... That's pretty questionable too.
