In support of the UFO theory, Dr Clifford Wilson, of Australia, has written a book based on his research of transcripts of alledged "UFO" abductees. At the same time, another author, doing the same study - neither was aware of the other's study - came to the same conclusion.

Main thesis? When they compiled all of the accounts, it added up to one thing: sometime in the future, a monumental number of people would be snatched away from the earth by ETs, all in an instant. Both were extremely skeptical of their results, but were astounded to discover that they were not alone in their conclusions...each confirming the findings of the other!

I find myself agreeing with John Peel's (remember him?) conclusions:

“...The UFOS do not seem to exist as tangible, manufactured objects. They do not conform to the accepted natural laws of our environment....The UFO manifestations seem to be, by and large, merely minor variations of the age-old demonological phenomenon.~
John Keel,
UFOs: Operation Trojan Horse
pg 299
And with Jacques Vallee's:
"...The phenomenon behaved like a conditioning process. The logic of conditioning uses obscurity and confusion to achieve its goal while hiding its mechanism. I could see a similar structure in the UFO stories. I am beginning to perceive a coherent picture of the ‘flying saucer’ phenomenon for the first time, now that I am pursuing the idea that UFOS may be a pyschological control system, and now that I am aware of their link to human consciousness. But I am not ready to jump to the conclusion that it is the technology of some kind of ‘spacemen.’"
Jacques Vallee,
Anatomy of a Phenomenon
pg 6
