I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with an experience I had this week with a dad who was from Guatamala (legal immigrant). He actually speaks quite good English, and really makes the effort to manage in English, but it is obvious that he has some problems with comprehension, particularly of legal stuff, so when we had to go to court yesterday, I had our Spanish speaking aide go with me to sit with him and help him understand. I was very impressed with this guy. Seems very devoted to his kid, too. The case is against his ex, not him.

You got banned? How do you get banned from a shopping site...start a shopaholics anonymous group? No I got carried away and posted links to the last episode of "Little House On The Prarie" where the citizen blew up the town and homes before leaving it to the thugs who took over!
Oh yea I also posted here on FR how anti American most of those HSN customers were! It was a copy of some of their conversations like we have....JR Had to delete those threads!

"Amazing that people actually live like that huh?" Always blows me me away. I have another one I'm working on where the school counselor and principal say this kid comes to school with cockroaches crawling out of his clothes and backpack and even his hair. Ask me if I'm dreading going to THAT home. There's an older brother with some very scary mental problems. I won't get into the gory details. I met the younger one this afternoon. Strange child.
