Remote detection satellites are used by the intelligence branch of the military to conduct mind control exercises in the theater of war. All this technology is dependent upon the higher branches of particle physics and quantum mechanics. The array of satellites safe in deep space cover the entire earth making the mind control intelligence program widely successful. Be amazed as you view this military program break out of the box. Go to the following web site that shows a real-time mind control zombie being manipulated by satellite and the military. www.MindControlUSA.com

I don't think it's fear. It's a disconnect.
If you lose track of a friend, and years go by, you're okay with that, because you think of them as they were.
If, one day, you learn that something terrible has happened to this person, you feel badly about it, even though you are no less removed from them at that point. The potential was there.
You could have met again. You could have gotten back in touch. There was a possibility of hope. Now that hope is gone.
Our internet connection is now a ray of sunshine and hope into the dark dungeons that fate puts all of us in. The silent chamber of our imprisoning skull.
Messages from beyond give us hope.

If you lose track of a friend, and years go by, you're okay with that, because you think of them as they were. I agree, but differently. It's touching base again with the folks here (Monkey Face, where are you?), a very few of whom I've met face-to-face, most not, most I'd like to -- but if I get a job-with-no-travel it won't be likely.
But losing touch and then learning they're gone... well, that is sad for those of us left behind. I went through that just last month.
Our internet connection is now a ray of sunshine and hope into the dark dungeons that fate puts all of us in.
If it's passing on you mean, I am looking forward to and praying for a bright eternity -- relying heavily on Christ's mercy to cover my many failings in striving to be perfect and deserving of Heaven. I just hope being the Undead Thread pinger won't be counted amongst my many failings. *\;-)

Woo Hoo! Just checked on the www.wunderground.com site for our ZIP code and found the snowstorm has simply evaporated in the past 10 minutes! A tiny trace 20 miles SE of Seattle, barely noticeable on the radar, but the rest is... gone.
I might even get to see the outside world tomorrow (I haven't even stepped outside today).

Er...*more blushing*...I'm afraid you caught me unawares. I had no idea people were so affected by me...Good thing I'm not contagious...
We had a high of about 34 today, although the sun was shining deceptively bright. I headed out to take the trash to the dumpster and put my coat on, zipped it up, pulled up the hood, put on my gloves, and almost ran the 50 feet round trip.
Ahyes...Vegas...what goes on here belongs somewhere else!

Trust me...the "high" was hit around 4:00 PM, just before the temps started to drop again. We're supposed to have 22 degrees tonight, with winds from the north at 18. I'm NOT going anywhere!

Yippee!
My daughter's had enough "snow" days. They've lost about four days of school so far, and I believe there's only two fluff days built into the schedule.

I'm NOT going anywhere! Sadly I have a Vestry (Board of Directors) meeting tomorrow after church -- if folks (including me) are able to get out. It's my last, other than the annual parish meeting coming up, and there are things like budgets we have to finalize. I don't have much of a choice.
But the storm is completely gone, and if nothing else develops overnight I think I'll be okay.

One town about 60 miles NW of here is completely without power. I'm glad I don't live there. It's even colder there than here.
It's one of those places that is growing faster than the city planners can keep up with, so I guess this is to be expected.

No, Not passing on ... it's life. In life, we are trapped inside our skulls. Our emotions and heartaches, and joys, cannot be passed along. Emotionally, we remain incommunicado, tapping out the codes that provide only hints.
Once released from these cages, who can say? But during life we struggle to find the slightest rays of sunshine for our lonely cells.

Argh! I've spent most of the day feeding the "last" of the CDs into the MP3 converter and one of my favorites, an Iranian music CD, locks up the computer.

I was going to go to church tomorrow, but it's too much effort. I don't do as well in the cold as I do in the heat, so trying to go out in the bitter cold, when I don't feel well is not a smart thing for me to do. And the cold is supposed to last through Sunday of next week.

Gotcha. But it's a two-way street -- sometimes we don't see where our offerings fall short, in the same way we don't see where our offerings exceeded.

...But during life we struggle to find the slightest rays of sunshine for our lonely cells.I must be a rather different person, then. I'm alone most of the time, physically and mentally, but I can't ever remember feeling lonely. I always have too much going on to give in to such a non-productive feeling as lonliness. I see it as something I could choose to be, but I prefer to choose NOT to be.
But that's just me ~~ my glass is always half-full.

I envy you that! I would like to see if I can do something like that when I get settled, as I plan to do a lot of things I've put off these last six months.
But I'm afraid I would need step-by-step instructions...*sigh*

I don't want you to think I'm feeling depressed.
I'm just trying to make a comparison of what life is like here with our limited ability to share our true feelings, and what could well be waiting for us eventually when we are freed of Earthly limitations.
