Remote detection satellites are used by the intelligence branch of the military to conduct mind control exercises in the theater of war. All this technology is dependent upon the higher branches of particle physics and quantum mechanics. The array of satellites safe in deep space cover the entire earth making the mind control intelligence program widely successful. Be amazed as you view this military program break out of the box. Go to the following web site that shows a real-time mind control zombie being manipulated by satellite and the military. www.MindControlUSA.com

Well, Bob this is pretty detailed stuff.
If it's okay with you and the rest of the crew, I'll just swivel around in my pod. ;)

Just Nature's way of achieving balance in your testosterone-depleted homeland. Well, I did have to be able to take care of myself around here. Although, at times it can be mistaken for feminism.
To: A CA Guy
Congratulations!!!
I hope you both are very happy!

Feminism cannot be redefined. Taking care of business is a human characteristic, à la Robert Heinlein's advice.
True Feminism is a celebration of the natural division of labor between men and women. Women are nurturers.
Men are supposed to be the staunch bulwark protecting the home. The protectors.
Wussified men are simply a sign of a declining civilization. That women must attempt to fill the breach is only another indication.

Dagnabit! Not only is it staying cold enough that the snow won't melt, but it's snowing again. And the 4WD is still only 2WD.

Back on line!
My internet connection went south. Bad cable. The hotel brought me up a new one, so I'm back in business.
Lovely warm day with rain showers. It feels like spring out here, but back home our backyard pond has a nice layer of ice. The world is backwards.

"... back home our backyard pond has a nice layer of ice. The world is backwards." Let me be the first to say ... it's Pelosi's fault.

Wussified men are simply a sign of a declining civilization. That women must attempt to fill the breach is only another indication. I'm not exactly a nurturer. And I'd much rather be researching at the Tax Table than baking cookies and attending PTA meetings. So I really don't know what that would mean.

Let me be the first to say ... it's Pelosi's fault. Clearly. And if any of my Shubunkins die from the excess of reverse global warming, I'm sending her the bill for replacement fish.

Welcome back!
It's weird -- the storm just seems to have stalled over us. But at least it's light; my wife says Woodinville, Bellevue and Renton are getting it much worse.

And I'd much rather be researching at the Tax Table than baking cookies and attending PTA meetings.Me too.
And I hate accounting, and baking, and PTA meetings.
LOL!
People want to do what they are good at, nothing wrong with that.
TC is good with kids, for instance, and Bob with writing.
KP is an engineer who thinks everything through in his mind before he builds it.
Irish is an expert carpenter.
Face makes everyone feel special, no matter what. She may have the greatest gift among all of us. ;-)
Most of us wouldn't be able to do many of these things, much less all of them.
Thank God we are so varied.
There are many others here who share their advice, and FRiendship.
Darn!

Thanks! I feel oddly disconnected when my internet is down, even when I'm not planning on being on line. Weird.

"And I'd much rather be researching at the Tax Table than baking cookies and attending PTA meetings."
A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.
-Lazarus Long, Time Enough For Love
I'm working on this list. Oddly, I haven't written a sonnet yet.

Perfectly understandable feeling.
If I recall, the feeling is most noticeable in the small of my neck.
It's fear, I think.
