Has this POS (Nifong) even interviewed the drunk stripper?
Last I heard, he had not even spoken to the drunk ho to get her story.
Assuming that the baby is full term, it sounds like she became pregnant soon after the so-called rape. Remember how her family claimed that she was in so much pain due to the beating and rape by the players? Not so much, it would seem.
Nifong can't be the father. Isn't he rumored to be light in the loafers?
He insists he has never interviewed her personally.
Maybe he wants to lose this case, now that he has won re-election.

Hmmmmmmm A DA's "Hail Mary." Pray one of the Duke player's is the father. LOL Nifong was hoping for a stripper's version of the Virgin Birth - DNA will show that one of the Duke players is the father, even though there was no DNA present to impregnate her.
This case is as shocking as the OJ case. Not surprising it's all about race.

Come to think of it - do you think Nifong had a DNA test done on the baby? Can't that be done with amnio? Is this his smoking gun?
I'd love to see the attorneys for the LAX boys introduce a motion to require Nifong give a DNA sample!

At first I laughed, but now I feel it is turning into a horror story. Imagine the horrific life that child will have.

I had another thought.
She must have known for a long time who the father is. She claimed to have had a "boyfriend".
And she could have easily had a therapeutic "rape" abortion if the pregnancy resulted from a "rape".
However, there may be more "money" in a paternity suit.

She already was a mother (literally). However, the "mommy defense" seems particularly useful to dupe any Oprah jurors.
If this thing gets to trial I can see a conviction happening
based solely on her word.
I don't mean to state the obvious. But how convenient
for her to fake a rape to cover up a pregnancy.
