A 4 year old hugged a teachers aide and this was sexual contact. This is the biggest bunch of BS I have heard in a long time. The teachers aide must be a radical sex fiend to think that a four old would even be able to get it up. The teacher and her aide should be put in jail for trying to have sex with a four year old.
