Then what's stopping you from moving there you little tramp? If you can't stand us rubes over here in America so much, then what's keeping you here honey? And have you ever been to a working class area in the UK like Birmingham, Liverpool or Manchester? Those people are the original red necks, bad teeth and all. Sorry, but not all Brits are the cocktail and black tie crowd you mix with in London you elitist witch.

And yeah, all those deadly British soccer riots show how "civilized" the Brits are.

Typical big mouth airhead blonde actress without the courage of her convictions.

Since she hates the economic system so much that made her rich, capitalism, I'm sure she'll opt to live a voluntary socialism by giving most of her money and her future takes from movie roles to the poor.

they talk about interesting things at dinner,"

If she find her money uninteresting, she should understand I'll help her out by unburdening her of hers anytime.

"I love the English lifestyle, it's not as capitalistic as America. People don't talk about work and money"

Coming from a woman who doesn't need to work because she doesn't need the money.

Remember when that bitc* Madonna started aping a British accent? You know, if these people had to worry about anything or if they had any core values I bet they'd hate what they are a lot less...

Soccer riots are one place where we could learn a thing or two from the British. If they had more soccer riots here, more people would be into that game :)

"the Americans"?

That's liberalism illustrated. All in one tiny sentence, right there.

I can understand easily that with such a horrid name as she has that she would feel more at home over there, LOL. Good riddance. Maybe if madonna kisses her too, she'll go the way of Britney...........straight downhill.

Her statements are at BEST, repugnant. I never cared for her anyway, but now I REALLY will refuse to so much as watch a movie she's in, much less pay to see it. Allow me to say (since this is family friendly, I'll keep it that way) she is a ******* ****, not worthy of my notice, and her ***** probably smells like a ****** English horse barn.

Errr, the article says she already live in England.

'Those people are the original red necks, bad teeth and all. Sorry, but not all Brits are the cocktail and black tie crowd you mix with in London you elitist witch.'

Thanks for that old stereotype again, but just because this daffy hollyweird 'actress' likes Britain, is that a reason to bash Britain? Surely you should have a go at the dopey tart herself, not at the British.

If a British actors sings the praises of America, should I get angry and criticise all Americans because of it? I think not.

they will come crawling back to the good ole safety and security
of AMERICA!!!!!

Hollywood is the filthy rectum of America.

"..lives in London with British band Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin whom she wed in 2003.

Yeah Gwyneth, you'll do well with dinner conversation applying the skills you learned when you got your GED.

And allow me to add that I'll not go see her mother's films either. I'll never again be able to watch "Meet the Parents", but I'll survive. We need all Americans to get fed up with this stuff, not just those of us who care about this country.

You are much mote intrepid than I would be. "Their money is putrid", as the Renaissance Florentine master ironworker Nicola Grasso used to say [in a different, and politically incorrect context]. So, I would suspect that her money is also putrid, and would try to stay as far upwind from it as possible. But at least wear a pair of good gloves and a gas mask.

Wow! What a rant! According to the article, she does live there.

Having spent several months as a college student in London, I remember having similar thoughts. I love my country, and I love the American people, and I could not wait to come home. However, in my experience, the average Briton (Londonstan was small at that time) has a more robust vocabulary, and is more articulate. In addition, Britain is terribly close to the Continent, and has many of the old world charms.

Nevertheless, ain't no place like home :-)
