What a load of crap. First of all this "scientist" sets his experiment up on cardboard boxes, and then gives it all away by saying the ac voltage put out by his snake oil maker acts like dc! No way physically impossible ac is ac and dc is dc. If he was interested in conducting a true controlled experiment he would have used lights on a board in a lab environment not big bulky lamps with plenty of room to hide whatever you want to hide.
