Oooh, cool...

Went shopping. We got a tile saw (el cheapo) and a finish nailer (less cheapo) and hopefully those are the last tools to finish our project... we think all we'll still have to buy is some tile for the bartop, next weekend, and the room furnishings.

Today we have to finish cleaning up, and finish the ceiling stuff, and then tomorrow hopefully lay the floor. It's looking so nice down there!

If'n you have a lot of tile to cut you might want to consider renting an electric, water-cooled tile cutter. We rented one when we tiled the kitchen back-splash and it was faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective ('cause we ruined less tile). Just something to think about. LSA
