You could put a layer of wax or parchment paper in the bottom of the carton or tin, then put another piece of paper in between each layer of fudge. If it is not too gooey when you put it in, it should do fine.

You gonna make Fantasy Fudge, aka, Marshmallow Creme Fudge? I love that stuff, and there's a site on the web that has the original recipe. Apparently the one on the jars of Marshmallow Creme they sell now is not the original one, and is not as good. I think Lil told me about it. The site gives LOTS of variations, too, some of which I tried last year and they were delicious!

My blog is kinda freaking me out!

I downloaded a analytics program from Google and it tells me where everyone is that's looking at my blog.

You're on there, Suzi...

So is the police department! And Ford Motor Company! A bunch of universities!

A couple of public schools, too.

Fantasy Fudge...

*thud*

Big family tradition 'round here. One batch makes a 9x9 square cake pan...*full*. Weighs about five pounds to ship. I don't bother to cut it. I just put a square of wax paper over the top, slip the whole thing in a gallon zip-loc (with festive decorations, of course) and ship.

Five pounds.

Five pounds of fudge.

*thud*
