I have some Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer Tea. I wonder if it's something similar to the Natural Calm tea you drink.
No, Natural Calm is a "high absorbable proprietary blend of Magnsium Citrate, Stevia and Natural Orange Flavor" that one drinks like a tea. The interesting thing about Tension Tamer or Sleepytime tea is that if OB had one before bedtime it would cause him to sleepwalk. Kind of freaky 'til we figured it out!!
