If he's going to be there a month, it might be neat to send a small thing every few days ... one of the bad things about being in the hospital or nursing home is the sameness of the days, you know? A little thing every few days would be something to look forward to ...

I want to watch the Seattle one. My brothers were there, remember? Didn't really get to do much, but if they show any shots of folks in line, I might spot them. Could be fun.
