Come up with an objective system that makes a playoff system fair to every Division 1-A school instead of 7 teams plus Notre Dame every year.
You are prob right unfortuantly. Even though its wrong and unjust
Good red zone offense by the Gators. They've got to stay 10 points ahead to win this thing. They sure can't stop the Razorback's pass offense.
Very much so. This is what it's all about.
Just like in the Pac 10, Big 10 (sic), Big 12, ACC, and this year the Big Least.
And Florida comes back with thier own TRICKERATION!
That was a awesome TD
I would love to see Michigan dominate USC in the Rose Bowl.
I agree. But it's laughable to suggest that two loss USC (who eaked out a couple close games as well) would beat OSU (who dominated their schedule) in any stadium. That just doesn't pass the logic test. Heck, at this point I'm not even sure USC would qualify for an 8 team playoff.
The Big 10 (sic)
LOL. I have to give you credit...well done.
This game is slighty more entertaining than the ACC title game. /s
A thing of beauty!
Very awesome....
Florida is scoring way above normal, and Arkansas' most potent weapon today is the pass.
Who would have predicted this?
Naw, I'm just taking swings at everyone! If there were 13 teams in the Big 12, I'd be mocking them mercilessly. Instead I just rip on the Big 12's sorry officiating and sordid history of NCAA infractions.
I think the only way a playoff would work is to get the polls completely out of it. Take, say, six major conferences and let them send their champion (however they determine it). Choose 2 at large picks from the field. Then bracket them randomly, without regard to seeding.
We'll never know how OSU or MI would perform against the SEC schedule because the only SEC team either played was when Michigan played Vanderbilt in their opener.
But I hate to see teams like Rutgers being considered because they are undefeated when they haven't played any identifiable competition. Maybe they are that good, but how could we know if they don't schedule seriously?
If you want to win the National Championship, win your conference and win the tournament. That's all there is to it.
LOL. I think ND would demand nothing less.
I think so as well, but (can't believe I'm saying this), I think Michigan deserves to go to the the NC.
