Greek seasoning is a special blend of spices that are common in Greek cooking, much like Curry Powder, Chili Powder, or BBQ spice.. Although there are variations to the following, this is the general accepted combination.. This combo is available in a premixed spice mix.. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place.

"Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning" is also quite good if you don't wish to make your own.

Fantastic on baby back ribs.

I have never seen bouillon granules in Britain only the liquid but we do have gravy granules and gravy powder I know that is probably of a lesser quality but could you subsitute that or even an oxo or bovril cube?
