She makes it in little soup crocks with puff pastry on top. Man oh man are they good.

I'm darn glad I packed up a bunch of leftovers to bring to work with me tonight. Some warm turkey, leftover stuffing, and gravy will go nicely on toast I think.

I do an even simpler one. Use left over turkey or chicken gravy if none, a basic white sauce.
Chop up turkey or chicken mix with gravy or sauce and cover with short crust pastry. Bake in oven until pastry is brown but not burnt.
Serve with boiled new potatoes and other veg of your choice.
