A 20-year-old man was arrested Friday for fondling an 11-year-old in the boy’s bathroom at Dufrocq Montessori Elementary Magnet, a Baton Rouge Police Department spokesman said Monday.
School officials found Marcus Deandre Dunn in the bathroom about 2:45 p.m. after an 11-year-old reported being grabbed by a man and inappropriately touched through the clothes, said Cpl. L’Jean McKneely.
Dunn told police he had hidden in the school bathroom several times before, McKneely said.
“He admitted he gets urges to perform this behavior about once a month,” he said.
Dunn does not have a criminal history in East Baton Rouge Parish, according to the Clerk of Court’s Office. He also is not listed on the Louisiana State Police’s sex offender registry.
Police do not know how Dunn got onto school grounds at 330 S. 19th St., McKneely said.
The Advocate is awaiting a response from the East Baton Rouge Parish school system spokesperson.
Dunn, 3484 Cedarcrest Ave., Apt. 505, was booked into Parish Prison on one count of second-degree kidnapping and one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

We need to create Judges that can perform summary executions on the spot.

Lock him up. He's only going to get bolder and do even worse things.
Exactly, he needs to be locked up before he gets worse.
