Oh yeah. Stevie is The Man. I still can't believe he's gone. I have loved his style and music from the first time I heard "Texas Flood".

I had the good fortune to see him live in a small venue in Worcester, Mass. back around 1984...before he got real big nationally. The place had about 800 seats. A great show. I'll never forget it. Buddy Guy opened for him. It was a hot, hot show.

If stranded on a desert isle...the only music I would need would be the SRV catalog.
