How very good it is to hear such a good message.
We always benefit when the mirror of truth is held up for us, that Perfect Law of Liberty...
Jas 1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
Jas 1:24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
Jas 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
Amen.
Thanks, Carb.
I Found this Hymn on the Net, and it Brought Back So Many Memories! We Used to Sing it at the Little Church my Husband and I Attended before it Closed Down a Few Years Ago, and I can still Hear those Dear Saints Voices Ringing with Praise!
When we All Get to Heaven {Lyrics: Eliza E. Hewitt, 1898. Composer: Emily D. Wilson}
Sing the wondrous love of Jesus,
Sing His mercy and His grace.
In the mansions bright and blessed
Hell prepare for us a place.
When we all get to Heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
Well sing and shout the victory!
While we walk the pilgrim pathway,
Clouds will overspread the sky;
But when traveling days are over,
Not a shadow, not a sigh.
When we all get to Heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
Well sing and shout the victory!
Let us then be true and faithful,
Trusting, serving every day;
Just one glimpse of Him in glory
Will the toils of life repay.
When we all get to Heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
Well sing and shout the victory!
Onward to the prize before us!
Soon His beauty well behold;
Soon the pearly gates will open;
We shall tread the streets of gold.
When we all get to Heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
Well sing and shout the victory!
