Father, bring relief and help and consolation in the midst of this mind-numbing tragedy.
Futures that held promise.....
Industrious young adults at the business of education.
Diligent, bright, and self disciplined to be in class in a semester almost finished.
Arms that ache now, missing the beloved son or daughter who will never return.
Lord I pray for them. My own son is so precious to me. All children are a most precious gift from you. My mind refuses to approach the pain too closely, or think about this very long.
You can help them with a miraculous touch. Give them your comfort. Help them through the grief and anger.
Let your Holy Spirit rest upon them.
Hear our cry in Jesus’ name.
