Forgive us of our hubris, Lord,
our cold-hearted lack of humility,
the high-handed way
we look at those around us
and secretly smile,
thinking how much better that they we are.
Forgive us of our selfishness,
our eyes that see how deep the need,
yet look unmoved,
who explain away our greed
by focusing on the unworthiness of the needer.
Forgive us our coldheartedness
When we are reminded of what you did
so that we could live
and yet sit there unmoved,
dried eyed,
ungrateful.
Soften our hearts, O Lord,
that your spirit of love may transform the world!
Praise God in his sanctuary;
Praise him in his mighty heaven!
Praise him for his mighty works;
Praise his unequaled greatness!
Praise him with a blast of the rams horn;
Praise him with the lyre and harp!
Praise him with the tambourine and dancing;
Praise him with strings and flutes!
Praise him with a clash of cymbals;
Praise him with loud clanging cymbals.
Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord!
Praise the Lord!' (Ps.150)
Our Almighty God, let the Whole World Praise Thy Glory! Hasten those Days, O Father our King; the Era of Righteousness and Peace. May the Day Soon Arrive when All Rebellion will End! Our King Shall Reign! To the King Eternal, Immortal, Invisible, the Only Wise God, be Honor and Glory, Forever and Ever, amen! (1Tim.1:17)
Be with us, Help us, our Master of Grace; Cause us to Live to Thy Praise. Your Lambs Love You, our Shepherd of Peace. Thank You for Drawing us to Your Heart.
In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, be Glorified Forever, amen.
