I have no idea if it's true or not

Nor do I care

But the liberals think all gay republicans should be fired, humilated in public and tossed to the curb

"the liberals think all gay republicans should be fired, humilated in public and tossed to the curb"

Actually, I've seen that sentiment right here on FR....

That rumor has been bandied about for years, mainly by Dems. GOPers don't care a whole lot, so long as he's on our side.

If he is gay, then I would say this: at least he doesn't advertise it, as do many of the lefties. Nor does he have a "gay agenda."

What's interesting to me is that the Dems hypocritically out gay Republicans, while they run interference for gays within their own party. If the Dems want to play this game, then I feel that gay Republicans, like Foley, ought to put it back in their faces by outting the gay Democrats.

Of course, it's a little late for that now, given that the election is over.

Mahar's a smug dude. But put that aside for the moment.

It's not the gay part of his comments that are alarming; it's the part where he comments on the GOP's collective anti-abortion stance. In an attempt to demonstrate his intellect and deal the party a blow, he goes on to say in the ‘you-tube’ video post:

"It's so ironic, Republicans, the anti-abortion party, always trying to kill something inside of themselves"

Given that killing is involved, is Mahar talking about partial birth Republicans, or perhaps, third trimester Republicans? Safe to say he's not referring to embryonic Republicans.
