Probably pretty easy, actually, considering the readership on this board. And if only 40 of them write anything in a given month, you have a newspaper. If 40 of them write something once a week, you can have a weekly. If 40 of them write something once a day, you have a pretty heafty website with a good quality weekly to back it up.
All for, what, the RNC's coffee creamer budget each year?
