AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 2116) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | November 7, 2006 | All of Us

Posted on 11/07/2006 4:53:16 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Today is it. Make the DemoncRATS crawl back in their hole.

Vote. People died so you can have this right; exercise the franchise that is your birthright.

And, above all, if you do not vote, don't get angry when I tell you to shut up if you didn't vote. You don't vote, you accept the outcome. If you want to whine, you have to express your opinion at the ballot box.

Other things I don't want to hear:

** My vote wasn't counted--how do you know, it's a secret ballot.

** My vote was counted incorrectly--how do you know, it's a secret ballot.

** My vote was wrong because my ballot was handled incorrectly--how do you know, it was a secret ballot.

** I want a receipt that shows how I voted--how can you tie it back to your ballot, it was a secret ballot.

So...

Let's get on with the Great American Experimnet!

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairmam.

The senate hangs on Burns and a recount in VA for George Allen.

Neither prospect looks good.

That's the thing that gripes me the most...the media. I am done watching news, including Fox.

Ugh. I am sure the President is going to have to put up with a gloating David Gregory today.

I, however, will be about other things and will read and not watch.

CPAC sure is going to be something this year.

Lots of excuses, pehaps? At any rate, too little too late.

Okay since I mentioned it..about gloves.

My Gramp..the gentlest man ever...had a set of boxing gloves. Once in awhile he would let my brother and me go for it. Bam!! Swoop!! Bam!! Wow! That was fun.

Recently I found out that he was a local boxing champion. Huh? My Gramp? The one who tipped his hat as ladies past? The one who I only saw him get upset..one time regarding my mom and dad?

Made me proud. ;-)

Oh, just wonderful. We've maybe lost both houses.

Geeze.

That's how it's looking... but there is still hope for Burns, and MAYBE for Allen. I might add, that Michael Steele had not yet conceded when I last looked.

Yes, I was pretty disgusted about FoxNews election coverage in 04 and from what I read on the thread, more reason than ever to be disgusted about last nights.

I haven't watched anything but Brit for years. Now I think I'll watch even less of that.

I'm with you about Fox.

In fact, Greg left for work at 3:30am. We fell asleep with FNC on. I woke up shortly after he left and noticed that Home Shopping Network was on...Is that a hint? If so..yippee!! ;-) Oh, mustn't spend.

Wait until these people see what happens with their money.

Stock up, folks. It may be a bumpy road ahead!

Steele....a prime example of republicans not leading, not getting the message out as to what happened to this guy from Schumer's office.

The senate intelligence committee memo. Obtained through shared computer files, full of plans of treason toward a sitting president during a time of war and what does Orrin Hatch do?.....Stand on tv looking like a whippped puppy while Rockefeller crows on about how the republicans were the bad guys for getting the file.

An admittedly older example, but just one of many of how the pubs haven't been a real majority party.

Come to think of it, if a party refuses to act like a majority were they ever really one?? did we have the majorities?? ever??

(I know, we did as least in principle, I'm just ragging.)

I'll vote for him over the democrat.

Disgusting....... I just told another poster that I, as a Pennsylvanian, am totally grossed out and embarrassed about the people of my state. Rick Santorum is a prince of a man.

Oh, and another thing. There are NO consequences for shenanigans committed by Democrats. None.

Pubs have nothing but consequences.

Steele is stuck in a solid blue state, but I am truly surprised black voters stayed on the democrat plantation, given that Steele supports affirmative action.

Republicans are unable to believe the level of perfidy in the current crop of democrats. I also don't know how much junk goes on that we don't know about between the various senators. For all I know Rockefeller could have been blackmailing Hatch.

Well, we will see what happens. I expect a VERY Interesting two months until the Christmas recess.

(peeping out from behind fingers) - how...bad...was...it?

It would seem as though last night was the triumph of the single-issue voter. On both sides.

Good morning. Election results are also in from my job site: the boss is still a maroon!

TRY to have a good day, everyone. Listen to classical music, not the news. Run your errands. You'll have plenty of time to gnash your teeth in the next two years - and probably for four years after that. ;)

I am going on a two week news black out. I mean that seriously. I have turned off the TV.

I'll bet you don't make it.

;-)

Please don't get too down.

****

The one thing that has bothered me here at this great site over time has been the large number of people here who proclaim loudly and arrogantly that the old media is dead. They are so wrong.

The old media is stronger than ever even though their numbers are going down. They just lie more and impudently, and they have a very indifferent and ignorant populace to sway. It's an easy formula.

It works, and there is seemingly little we can do about it. Why? Because the schools are churning out little diversity laden, situational ethics ridden, non-judgmental idiots. Then they go vote.

It's sickening, but I wish FReepers would get wise that the old media still rules.

Perhaps people who have rose-colored glasses welded THAT permanently to their faces really shouldn't be leading America, then. Not that the RATS are any alternative whatsoever as we are soon to be subjected to.

At any rate we'll all have plenty of opportunity to witness that perfidy. The media will spin it to make it seem rational.

I have much housecleaning to do today in order to get ready to go out of town in a couple of days. It is against my genetics to leave an unkempt house and go out of town.

Everyone is saying that's a majority for the Dems but it's a tie 49-49. What am I missing?

Does everyone put Lieberman in the Dem column?

You have that right.

It's like, parents who would rather be friends to their children are they really parents?

What's wrong with authority? I grew up with it. I'm not bruised or offended.

Yes, the old media is a perfect guard and helper for the Dems. Heck, they even made up lame explanations for Jon Carry when he grossed out our troops.

The socialist/Marxist/liberal media is the most destructive, relentless, and ruthless enemy of this Republic.
