AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 2116) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | November 7, 2006 | All of Us

Posted on 11/07/2006 4:53:16 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Today is it. Make the DemoncRATS crawl back in their hole.

Vote. People died so you can have this right; exercise the franchise that is your birthright.

And, above all, if you do not vote, don't get angry when I tell you to shut up if you didn't vote. You don't vote, you accept the outcome. If you want to whine, you have to express your opinion at the ballot box.

Other things I don't want to hear:

** My vote wasn't counted--how do you know, it's a secret ballot.

** My vote was counted incorrectly--how do you know, it's a secret ballot.

** My vote was wrong because my ballot was handled incorrectly--how do you know, it was a secret ballot.

** I want a receipt that shows how I voted--how can you tie it back to your ballot, it was a secret ballot.

So...

Let's get on with the Great American Experimnet!

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairmam.

It's been a bloddy night. I have not been to bed. Burns is our only hope now of saving the senate. Looks like Allen will need a recount.

susan collins, RINO. Well, she and snowe BOTH voted 'not guilty' on BOTH Articles of Impeachment in the Trial of Shame, so I would anticipate them to vote 'not guilty' again.

Glad I saw the news here on ATRW, because I will forego listening to the news.

Same here. I don't even know what happened here in CO, because I am afraid to look. :( I will start listening as soon a Bill Bennett comes on.

The ink isn't dry on the ballots and Harry Reid is talking smack.

Found at NRO..

Dear Friend,

Tonight wouldn't have happened without you. I wanted to send you a note of thanks as soon as possible. Your efforts, your activism and your dollars helped do the impossible. Democrats will be the Majority in the Senate.

From Rhode Island to Washington State, America has spoken, and in overwhelming numbers, they've chosen a new direction — on Iraq, on health care, at the gas pump, and in the economy.

Just a year ago, it seemed it would take a miracle to take back the Senate. But with your help, we have turned back the Republican tide.

Without the White House or either chamber of Congress, Democrats unified and went toe-to-toe with the Republican noise machine. Truth prevailed thanks to you never letting up.

Over the next few days, there will be plenty of analysis about this election. We don't need the pundits to tell us what happened tonight. Americans chose Democrats, because like them, we stand for change. We will move in a new direction.

We promised to do things differently in Washington, and it's a promise we intend to keep. The American people have cleaned house in this election, and we're going to clean up Washington for them.

From here on out, Halliburton is out. Hardworking families are in.

Special Interests are out. People's interests are in.

Rubber-stamping? Out. Checks and Balances? In.

Staying the course? Out. A new direction? In.

The days of the Do Nothing Congress are numbered. And the rubber-stamping Senate is on its way out. From this day forward, the Bush White House will be held accountable for its mistakes so that we can make the necessary changes to grow and succeed at home and abroad.

Our work together at GiveEmHellHarry.com is not done either. There is still so much work to be done, but for tonight we can celebrate.

Thank you for all you've done and all you will do. You made the difference and for that I am sincerely grateful.

Thank you,

Harry Reid

Dangerous days ahead. Seriously dangerous days. I am sorry to say this, but I view democrats and their voters as our enemy within. We at at war, but people have already forgotten 9/11 and more importantly, OUR BRAVE TROOPS. I am literally sick.

We will have one thing going for us....the RATS will overreach they always do.

See we revere the office of President as a nation he is all of our President....that is why we stand up when a President enters a room...heck I would have done it for Clinton...I respect that office that much......BUT.

The moonbats don't.

They will want to rub President Bush's nose in it...sure as the sun will rise in the east.....and that will cross a line to many people...even the clueless sheeple.

So let them have there fun...

Starting January '07....we get in their faces and become the vocal opposition..

Let me recommend y'all stay on this thread. It got brutal on some threads last night. Howlin and I did our best, but they came out of the woodwork... the third party posters and the "we taught the GOP a lesson" posters.

How the hell did we get to this moment in time with both Houses and the Presidency.....to this ...circling the wagon around OUR President.

I want answers from our "leaders".

the RATS will overreach they always do.

Rudy Giuliani was saying this exact thing on Hugh Hewitt's show yesterday. He said that if there is anything the American people are quick to respond to, it is this sort of stuff. So, let them blow everything they have.

Well, I have completely sworn off pundits, whom I consider partially responsible for this loss. Instead of rallying the party for the last year and a half, they have carped endlessly about one thing or another, demonstrating their supposed superiority anad inflaming people over one issue or another, from Katrina on.

I am expecially disgusted with the NRO crowd. A more useless group I haven't seen in a month of Sundays.
