Evangelist Ted Haggard admitted Friday that he bought methamphetamine and received a massage from a gay prostitute who claims he was paid for drug-fueled trysts by the outspoken gay marriage opponent. If the "evangelist" was high on meth, how would he know if he had sex with the guy or not?

Sounds like a limited modified hang-out. Does not sound like the complete truth. He still has some explaining to do.

"Haggard, 50, said he never had sex with Mike Jones, a 49-year-old male prostitute ..." "Not once! Never! Well, maybe once ... but I didn't inhale."

....he did buy the meth because he was curious, but he said he threw it away. "I bought it for myself but never used it," he said. "I was tempted, but I never used it."
oh, yeah, you buy meth in order to throw it away.... this is just as bad as Clinton's "did not inhale" b.s. This guy is such a pathetic turkey -- is he a plant for the Demagogues?

Hi Mike, this is Art. Hey, I was just calling to see if we can get any more. Either a $100 or $200 supply. And I can pick it up really anytime tomorrow, or we can wait until next week sometime. And so, I also wanted to get your address so I can send you some money for inventory. But thats obviously not working, so if you have it go ahead and get what you can. I may buzz up there. I dont know, maybe even later today, but I dont know if your schedule would allow that unless you have some in the house. So, Ill check in with you later today. Thanks bye. Get any more huh? inventory? So he threw it away more than once?

Denied the sex? Please.... Meth's main appeal is sexual in nature... of course use it long enough and you can't even have sex anymore... but that's another story.
I'm not buying the guy paid for meth and messages, but did nothing else.

The only thing I know about the New Life Church is they had a program on Bott Radio Network a while back that replaced Randy Carlson's Parenttalk On-Call. There was such an outcry from Bott listeners about the New Life show (it was mostly about dieting and very little about the Bible) that they brought Carlson's show back.

Puh-leez. He's guilty. Why would a happily married straight man go hang out for hours and get massages from a gay guy, and pay for meth and throw it away?
I feel sorry for this guy's family. My gosh, his poor wife and kids. Worse because he is famous, and the world has to know. Why don't famous people think long and hard about the shame and pain they will cause their families? Better for him to have divorced her and come out of the closet. Ugh.
