Does anybody know what it takes to show malicious prosecution and/or if Nifong is criminally liable for this mess? I don't know the law on this kind of thing (or on most kinds of things, come to think of it.)
Nifong can be guilty of a lot of things. The problem is: "This is his town", "His Judges", His investigators".
