Thanks for the info on Daisuke Masuzaka. For some reason I didn't have much of an interest in watching the World Baseball Classic. I think I may have seen part of the final game, but that name didn't look familiar.
I like your ideas for Wakefield. He's made me nervous the past couple of years, and this year he really had problems, obviously. I guess we'll know next season if it was the rib or if it's his age...

This is a real blasto from the pasto, a rematch of 1968. I have to somehow find that graphic of a smiling Tiger with little bird feet and some red feathers sticking out of its mouth.
My kids who live in NY are disappointed, they won't be able to strut around the streets of Brooklyn wearing their Tigers caps and T-shirts, although they did their share of gloating during the Yankees playoff series.
