Let me get this straight... the co-owners of Air America, still owing money to the Boy's and Girl's Club in the Bronx, that filed Chapter 11 in order NOT to pay them back... along with other contributors, entered into a new station?

And Zogby? What does this do re: his 'balanced' polling... as if it ever was. Speaking of that... maybe some terror money went into this venture. Be back.

Zogby was actually closer to the middle and very accurate as pollsters go, but after 9/11 he perceived an anti-arab bias from conservatives and the current administration, and his tone and interpretation of polls lurched leftward.

I for one am pleased to hear this. Since liberal talk radio is not economically viable, this new venture will represent a drain on leftist coffers and will result in an overall financial setback for leftist political campaigns. Hopefully, Zogby will lose a ton of money on this.

My take is that ERR America loses all the debt in bankruptcy and goes on to fleece new sheep under a different name.
Nova M Radio will always have the opportunity to liquidate its assets with the sale of its FCC license, studios and transmitters at a premium.
Oh I see... You can buy the stations at a discount, but there's no risk because you can always turn around and sell at a premium... Got it.
