Just as Las Vegas over the last 20 years, Phx has a lot of migrants from other parts of our Republic.
Sheesh...just saw him on SportsCenter. Wadda maroon.
Art Shell looks pretty pathetic week after week on the Raiders sideline.
If I were to rate pathetic Art Shell would top the list but Denny Green would be fairly close on his heels.
touche.
While I agree with holding the coronation but the 85 Bears had some very close games and had to come from a large deficit to win the first game than year.
This years Bears have yet to have a feeding frenzy where they put up three scores within a few minutes like they did in 85.
To listen to the media before this game all they had to do was cancel the season and give the Bears the Crown. A few other teams will have a chance to say something about THAT.
Didn't the Vikes beat the Bears under Green after being behind 20 points in the fourth quarter? With Harbaugh as qb?
BTW the Bears game plan was truly idiotic. Bombs away time after time and no running at all. After Grossman was seen to be subpar why not run the ball?
I'm no fan of Joe Thiesman either. But at least Thiesman is a football guy. What the heck is Kornheiser other than some blue state girlie man who thinks that an NFL broadcaster should act like Oprah?
Chicago Bears kicking Cardinal ass for 86 years.
Time to predict now that when the Bears go to New York they will get owned and lose on defensive TDs?
A most excellent question. They are especially hard to stomach when you compare them to Michaels and Madden on NBC.
That game is what happens when you put a choke-artist coach on a bad team. Even if they're up by 20 and stuff the offense the entire game, they find a way to lose.
Yep...those were the same Cardinals that we Cowboys fans have known and loved for the last 30 years or so. And da Bears are going all the way. Super Bowl teams win at least one game like that every season.
Right. And Bryan Urlacher is Karl Rove. :)
Green had to run the ball if he wanted to see Leinhart come out of the game in one piece. Had he not run as much the Bears would have been pounding the crap out of the qb.
This is the reason I am so unhappy with the Bears rushing game.
Bears wear down the oline then bring Anderson in and they can't catch him in the second half. Several of those reserves on the dline could start.
Lol. Only if they have 6 turnovers. And that is very unlikely.
Their penchant for defensive scores and special teams big plays is reminescent of 85 too.
If I see Peyton Manning in one more GD commercial, I will throw a rock through my TV screen.
