I need to get more diversity in my photo programs. I do have photoshop but it is NOT on the main computer I use. I am only using Picture It for now & it is okay but has it's limitations for sure.

I would like to find out more about the programs you use.

Photoshop seemed awesome but VERY complex. I might understnad it better now that I have a couple years of photoediting under my belt. It was PS 6.. a couple more advanced programs are out but I don't seem to ever have the 600 dollars to spend for many things that are attractive to me

Here is the Gimp's official website. It is a very good program, but it takes a lot of getting used to. It has a very peculiar interface.

But...it's free, and that just beats everything.

A lot of those programs have simple on-line tutorials. Although I've noticed the BEST way to learn about image editing is to just play around with it.
