A lot of that going on in Boston this year, I can tell you that (Sox fan here). Man what a painful second half of the season that was. But the salve that helps an awful lot was applied when the Tigers (the TIGERS!) spanked the MFY's. I LOVE IT!

Nonsense. Ask most people who grew up in Manhattan, The Bronx, Westchester and points north, Connecticut or New Jersey who their favorite team is. Chances are they will and always have said the Yankees. The Mets are mainly Long Island's team (including Brooklyn and Queens).
