I have visited several cities with a MLK "street" and never seen a single one I would want to spend any time on.
But I have no trouble walking down "Sweet" Auburn Avenue where MLK Jr was born and raised.

I don't know if it's true, but when I've traveled I've noticed that most every major city has one and the street is never anywhere I'd like to be stranded or alone.
