Hey, doubters and skeptics: Congress is moving against something you said didn't exist.

Yep. And it took a full 3 posts before a "FReeper" claimed Tin Foil hats should be donned. I'm sure others will be along soon. Note: there have been many "conspiracy theories" that turned out to be fact.

SMALL but good news. Where are the other Congreve Critters? In hiding same as they were on illegal immigration 5 years ago when Cong. Tom Tancredo went it alone

"attempts to silence all discussion on this issue"

There has been FR discussion on the TTC for several years now. Very few have participated and the discussion has revolved mainly about how the roads are paid for.

Now that the kooks are involved in the discussion, ignorance prevails.

Do you have a high priority corridor in your state?

Hey, doubters and skeptics: Congress is moving against something you said didn't exist.

Actually, I remember getting into a fairly long semantical discussion of "congressional oversight." At the time, I was arguing that it already exists. I was told that "it ain't oversight unless there's hearings." By that standard, this isn't oversight either.

It looks like all these corridors will be named "El Camino" for some unknown reason. What a joke on the people of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Lousiana. These states never built a road to Mexico. Hwy. 84 was built to go to Colorado not Mexico but now is named "El Camino". Someone is rewriting history, aren't they? However, "wes the peoples" are going to be one big happy family.

Not if we can help it. The Trans-Texas Corridor (aka- Trash-Texas Con job) is being fought at a grass roots level and we're making headway.

The Louisiana 28 corridor from Fort Polk to Alexandria, Louisiana.

The last section of this highway was just completed. We drive on it all the time, have to to get to town.

They've talked about building it for many many years. I didn't know it was because of the superhighway plan. I feel like someone took me to a dance then left with another woman.

It doesn't exist. Goode is reading the same bizarre Corsi articles you are.

I can't wait for the colorful maps. These threads always have colorful maps.

Wouldn't it be a lot cheaper to simply enforce RICO laws against the Longshoremen's Union and open the ports of Seattle and Long Beach to as much traffic as they will bear?

Eventually that road will be extended into Texas, to Dallas.

Wasn't the whole idea of NAFTA supposed to be - "if we create jobs in Mexico, they will have work there and reduce illegal immagration."

Yeah, that part is working well!

At least the Canadains have yet to come across in great hordes, except when there brewers went on strike a couple of years ago. Then they came across to buy all the Canadian beer at our liquor stores, then go home!

I've been looking at that map very closely. I haven't read where hwy 28 was part of the plan before. Our tax dollars paid for it, and now, some other country is gonna move in and make a profit from the sweat of my hubby's brow.....
