The deaths prompted Fawcett to release a written warning: "RELEASE OF ANY TEDDY BEARS into the fish hatchery water IS NOT PERMITTED." A written warning about this? I'm guessing this fella is loads of fun at parties.

1 Tsp baking powder
1 egg
salt to taste
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
Cornmeal batter:
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 c Cornmeal
1 tb Sherry or brandy (optional)
1 Jar prepared mustard
Fish (fillets or whole)
Oil for frying
