Clooney. . . blames the American public for focusing on reality TV shows instead of real news.
This comment from one who makes his living by making movies which are directed at focusing the publics attention on him and not the real problems in the world. What a hypocrite.

Either he is a self absorbed idiot, or he knows something.
I vote for the former.

When the Congress allows these mental midgets from Hollywood to take up their time espousing their view of the world, and on issues which they have NO expertise in, it shows where this country has gone.
The legacy of the Bent One is that Hollywood is now a political force purchased with donations to the DNC, and they are "entitled" now to a forum for espousing their bent views in front of the American public, as if they have the eutopian answers to all the world's problems in their pin heads..........

Clooney's idea of TV is the same as Edward R. Murrow whom Clooney depicted in "Good Night and Good Luck".
In this movie, Murrow bewailed the big media too as giving too much entertainment to Joe Six Pack. This is elititism to the extreme.
Joe Six Pack liked Milton Berle then and he loves American Idol today. Murrow and Clooney would like to manage the media like Communist China does.

Hollywood activist George Clooney has launched a scathing attack on the media, accusing journalists and producers of neglecting their responsibilities to their country. BUT BUT BUT, Peter Jennings and Mike Wallace said that they have to allegiance to America when it comes to reporting.
Oh wait, Looney Clooney is urging for journalists to speak out against this administration, not warn troops of an impending ambush.
