I'm furious with the garbage I'm seeing on the news (Chavez & Ahmedinajab). I'm furious that we are so dependent on foreign oil. I'm furious that we have anything to do with the UN (had to throw that in there).

Why isn't Bush and our leaders strongly encouraging American employers to implement a teleworking program? The benefits are many! It would:

Reduce our dependence on foreign oil. [That's the biggie.]

Reduce air pollution.

Reduce traffic congestion.

Allow more disabled Americans to work. [big money saver]

There are many other obvious benefits. So why aren't more people teleworking? Why isn't our government encouraging teleworking in the private sector?

I'M SICK AND TIRED OF BEING DEPENDENT ON FOREIGN OIL!

Why isn't anyone doing anything about it????

Telecommuting is a great idea, but I personally don't know anyone that has a job where it would be feasible.
