So the Yankees had to wait, after their loss, for the Red Sox to loose before clinching their division?? They couldn't clinch by WINNING?
Proof that the METS are the better team and will crush the Yankees in the World Series -- if, that is, the Bronx Bombers even make it that far. Their record at winning (or even making it to) the World Series hasn't been all that great lately, even with their 9 division wins.
