Try Yahoo or goDaddy.com but I bet they're more than $10/yr. I'm sure there's a zillion others out there as well but good service costs money, the trick is getting your moneysworth these days.
Good hunting

Don't most service providers like SBC Yahoo offer free hosting?

I've been with www.Lunarpages.com since mid 2004 and it's been fine. It's 85 or so bucks a year though.

I use godaddy.com ... or you could find a free hosting provider and use zonedit.com and forward the traffic cloaked to free site...

I've had two sites with GoDaddy.com for a couple years (ever since their first Super Bowl ad). They've been great. You can get the hosting down to about 5 bucks a month if you go for two years and don't need more than a couple e-mail accounts associated with your website.

If you're just avoiding the pitfalls of free hosting, try
WestHost. Two years advance pay gets it down to $3.95 a month, and they'll throw in a free domain. Standard is three emails, 250 MB disk, 10 GB/month bandwidth (although they're currently running a special, so triple all that). You get some basic applications and a web-based management tool.
Actually, it may be a little more than you need.

This is the hosting service I use for my Varmint Al web site. They keep giving me more and more options and bandwidth, actually more than I can currently use. The new packages are very reasonably priced. In 3 years, the total down time has been about 2 days.
Good Hunting... from Varmint Al

With 3rdStWebhosting (
Web Hosting) you can pay $12.98 a month for their "Corporate" plan and host 10 web sites (25000 MB Data Storage, and 400 GB Data Transfer). That comes out to $1.98 a month per client.
I have been using them for a while now and they have been very dependable. Whenever I have a question, I open a support ticket and they always answer me within minutes. I've tested them out and I trust them enough to use them for my important clients. All my own business web sites are also now on 3rdStWebhosting.
