Hello, whoever comes here late at night! I am home from The Reunion, Part I. I had a great time, and did not overindulge in adult beverages. One of my old-time school friends whom I haven't seen in 30 years, was there. They had retired to Longbeach, Mississippi a year ago, and lost their entire house in Katrina! Fortunately they had kept their house in Wisconsin, so they are back living there.

Lots of interesting stories and great memories. Part II is tmorrow night.

I always enjoy the Friday night party before the REAL class reunion on Saturday.. It's just more fun. I don't know why.

I'm just returning from the grand opening of Iowa's 'Nascar' track. It was cold and I wasn't dressed properly. I took our 8 yr old grandson. When he got cold and asked to come home I grabbed his hand and headed for the car. The race wasn't even half over yet.

I'll go back sometime in the summer time when I don't have to worry about getting cold.
