Are we winning or losing the war on terror?
Winning
Losing

Just the fact that we haven't been hit on our soil is good enough for me to say we're "winning" but it's really hard to say...we must keep trying no matter what!
I dont see how we can make all these PC judgements like geneva convention applies to terrorists... and defeat complete fanaticism. its turned into whack-a-mole so I voted losing.
Done
After the McCain/Warner Be Kind to Terrorist vote today, I'd have to go with losing as well.
Done! I just would like to see more terrorists eradicated faster.
I voted we are winning because no further attacks have occurred on American soil and that is a good thing. This is a very different kind of war and terrorists aren't enemy soldiers as much as they are mass murderers (a questionable insult to Ted Bundy, Jack the ripper and the rest of the small time murderers). We are dealing with a different class of organism here and calling them human is a stretch. Certainly, only a fool would suggest they be treated according to the Geneva convention rules because they don't fit the definition of enemy combatants. Terrorists are mass murderers and must be treated as such.
