But for Ben Franklin's masonic connections with Lafeyette, the War would have been lost.
A well-documented fact, and, indeed, the source of the anti-masonic movement, because when Lafeyette toured America, the masonic salutes to Lafeyette provoked much distrust and indignation.
This anti-masonic movement printed many a long-disproven lie and slander, several of which you have regurgitated here.

Name one. The closest I ever came to saying anything bad about the historical freemasons was that they probably emerged from Knights Templar who were prosecuted for war crimes. (I actually meant that the unjust treatment they received probably spawned some of their beliefs, but I didn't actually say that the treatment had been unjust.)
So what lies and slander did I write? Is it a false statement that the liberal court system in the mid-20th century was dominated by free masons?
That's tha pathetic thing about so many of the free masons on this thread. You all shout, "Lies! Slander! Whacko Conspiracists!" without ever bothering to point out what was untrue.
