Landing a superstar for your owner's box? Mission possible! Dan Snyder asked Tom Cruise to join him at tonight's Redskins game at FedEx field -- and not only did Cruise accept, he's bringing along fiancee Katie Holmes, daughter Isabella, and son Connor.
Even better: The Cruise family -- including baby Suri -- are staying at Snyder's Potomac home.
Cruise isn't the only celeb tonight; also expected in the owners' box are actors Jamie Foxx, Peter Berg and Fred Thompson, new NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, Joint Chiefs chair Gen. Peter Pace, Al Hunt and Judy Woodruff, Jack and Joanne Kemp, Darrel and Jewell Green, Jay Carney and Claire Shipman, and Snyder's wife, mother, Arlette, and sister, Michele.

Cruise is definitely a specimen of oddity. Not sure what his politics are, and that is more than I can say for most of the hollywood moonbats.
I'm so glad the 'Skins lost tonight. ....for innumerable reasons.
VIKES WIN!!!!!
I can't wait til he does that jumping up and down grinning like an idiot skit like he did on Oprah.
Xenu obviously is a Vikes fan.
Redskins teams under Gibbs are always slow starters. Natch they get their games on national TV when they're the weakest. Oh, well.
You know what? I like Dan Snyder. He, at least, cares about the team, which is more than John Cooke did when he got the team from his father. Snyder is in it for the long haul, which is good for the club.
yep, Snyder looks like a fan up in the box, you can tell that he likes football, he reminds me of Mark Cuban watching a basketball game. :)
Republicanaut (husband), KB2614 (brother) and I are at the AF-Army game at Fed Ex field. KB2614 and I go for snacks and he orders a cup of coffee. The consession stand guys hands him a foam cup filled to the very rim with scalding hot coffee. KB2614 says, "Uh, can I please have a lid for this?" and the consession guy says, "I'm sorry sir, lids are not in Mr Snyder's budget."
I don't know if that is the case or not; however, I do know that Snyder is disliked by many only because the Redskins haven't won much since he bought the team. If they do win, it's despite Snyder; if they lose, it's Snyder's fault. What a puerile attitude. The organization is sound, and despite the setbacks, will win more then they lose.
Mark Cuban, a similar owner, gets a free pass. Snyder is the Antichrist, according to many fans. Idiots. Snyder doesn't have the personal charm to be the Antichrist.
