Got me wrong, gave me pcos linux and mandriva, I use fedroa which it gave as an alternate because my preferred GUI is not the default. I use Fedora/Red Hat..
It recommended Mandriva--nothing against it. I just don't care for it.
I use Suse mainly, though I have three small qemu machines--one Slackware, one Minix; and one Plan 9. Oh, and I carry around an Ubuntu live cd. (been handing out my other copies like Santa Claus) 8^)
Used and loved Slack, and that's really where I gnashed my teeth so to speak. Would continue to run it except that I have others who use my computer and have very little, if any Linux experience.
