ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- An Oakleaf Plantation family is recovering after being terrorized by a man who drove his pickup truck through his neighbor's front door, pulled a gun and threatened to kill the parents and two children, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
According to the arrest report, Ali Jaber-Ansari drove his 2006 Honda truck through the door of the house on Chestwood Chase Drive at about 7 p.m. Friday, entered the house with a 9 mm handgun and told the homeowners to gather the family because he was going to kill them all.
"The suspect rammed his car into the residence, I would assume, to make entrance," said Clay County Sheriff's Office Lt. Ken Stivers.
Investigators said Jaber-Ansari then kicked the wife in the chest and made the father and two 3-year-old children get on their knees and lower their heads and pointed the gun at their heads.
Jaber-Ansari then abruptly told them to call 911 and left the house.
Clay County deputies said they found Jaber-Ansari at a neighboring house and a handgun was found. According to the arrest report, he admitted attacking the family.
Investigators said the children were visibly upset. "The bad man came in our house and tried to hurt us." the children told investigators.
The wife was hospitalized for injuries sustained when she was kicked in the chest.
Police continue to investigate the motives behind Jaber-Ansari's actions.
"I understand that ther are some allegations that there were comments between the two women, that may have sparked the incident. He (Jaber-Ansari) got terribly angry about it and instead of handling it in a civilized manner, he decided to drive his car into the house," Stivers said.
This guy was upset at his neighbors because he was beating his wife and she was going over to the neighbors house to talk to the wife and complain. They wanted to report him to authorities. Nice pic at the link.

Well, I wasn't there, but I figure if you're about to die,
1. Don't do it on your knees; and
2. If you have one last chance to save the kids, might as well go for it.
If they're members of Million Mom March or HCI, I suggest they rethink their affiliation.

Saw the Brit poll this week that said that people didn't want a Muslim for a neighbor. Perhaps incidents such as this one are the reason. These unstable Muslims go on a rampage over things that none of us would even notice. It's like having a time bomb on your street.
I agree....he is very mean looking too! The woman he hit in the chest and stomach was very afraid.
If you would read your koran you would know that a muslim will take your trash out for you, even if you are an "infidel" or a Jew. They are such good neighbors...

Why wouldn't you want to have someone living next to you who one day may take out your trash, and the next day blow up your kids' schoolbus?
