But if you cook it, you lose most of the moisture. Which could be a concern, depending on how long you've been stuck...
Well, sure... but if you put it on the grill and braze it quickly on both sides, you can seal in most of the juices. Especially if you've marinated it ahead of time.
Then let it grill on a lower fire, and it should be fine.
