So I would be correct in my assumtion that it is tacky, tackier than "Oh DARN!" but not as tacky as saying "Oh CRAP!" ??

Actually, I think a lot of parents teach their kids to say that instead of the alternative or even "oh crap."

I think it's s'posted to nicetize it.
