Unnnghhh...
I did a cycling class at thegym this morning.
I hope to one day be able to walk again.
I love tuh hate Spin classes... I got a trainer, so I self inflict that kinduh thing... keeps me sveldt...

Was that spinning? I've heard that can be a series workout.
I've thought about doing some sort of fitness class one of these days - during the winter, at least, when its hard to do much outside. On the one hand, I hate to leave the house. On the other, if I'm paying for something, I'm more likely to actually *do* it.
Heh! Poor guy! But I tell ya, and you know it...it's paying off!
Steve plays basketball with his co-workers during lunch...it's how he busted up his ankle, you know? Well, he still tries to play but it really hurts him...his ankle still gives him a lot of grief. I'm thinking of having him take up swimming at the Salvation Army. That way he could swim laps and take the boys in the evening for exersize at the same time.
I kept him from posting that for a couple hours.... we were busy you know.

I don't know if I'd know the difference between cycling and spinning. It was 45 minutes of a hard ride. I kept going, just not at the pace she was leading.

I have decided that my inner child is named Chloe... as in the 24 character Chloe O'Brian. Being back at work brings that kind of thing out in me.
(Finished the last of 24's season 4 last nite. Am bummed that season 5 isn't out yet...)

Picked Miss Cat up at the vet's this morning. She was more interested in the water fountain than the cat food. Had to go to werk without giving her her meds because she wouldn't eat first.

I knew about the skit that involves "slowly I turned", but I never knew it had anything to do with Niagara Falls.

I've seen it where the trigger is "Martha" and "Niagra Falls." So everytime I hear "Niagra Falls" I think "slowly I turned...step by step" etc.
I'll have to check out your link to watch it.
I reckon I'm lucky you didn't taser me at the reception...
